Been suffering from constant back pain for sitting too long for quite
a few years now.
On top of that, doing sit-ups has worsened the condition and it has resulted in
persistent pain in a few particular discs.
So to prevent further damage to my discs...
I'm stopping sit-ups.
Instead of tightening the abs with sit-ups,
I'll try relaxing the muscles through stretching since stretching is good for the back.
